Watch inspection
External inspection of the watch by a watchmaker. Recording existing defects. Completion of the service intake form, preparation of a maintenance estimate, and approval of the estimate with the client.

Movement removal
The movement, together with the dial and hands, is removed from the watch case, which has already been detached from the bracelet. The movement and the case are serviced separately, after which final assembly is carried out.

Movement disassembly
The movement is completely disassembled, and all its components are inspected by the watchmaker for wear in parts most exposed to friction and sensitive to watch oil. If necessary and with the client’s approval, components showing significant wear that could affect the accurate operation of the movement are replaced.

Movement assembly and lubrication
After washing and drying the components, the watchmaker fully assembles and lubricates the movement using modern lubricants in accordance with the manufacturer’s lubrication chart.

Dial and hands installation
This highly responsible and final stage of working with the movement involves installing the dial onto the watch movement and fitting the hands with precise alignment to the hour markers.

Movement installation into the case

Dry water-resistance test
A “dry” water-resistance test of the movement inside the watch case is performed using a specialized device that simulates water pressure up to 8 ATM.
Циклотест
Циклотест - специальный прибор, в котором часы вращаются по кругу и вокруг своей оси - имитируя условия эксплуатации часов на руке в реальной жизни. Тест проводится для проверки корректной работы модуля автоподзавода и запаса хода.
Final quality control
Final inspection of the fully assembled watch by the senior watchmaker, including verification of the full functionality of all movement features and a detailed visual inspection of the watch’s appearance.
